V.D.R.L. Rotator

Designed for continues shaking of solutions Erlynmeyer flasks from 50 ml to 1000 ml capacity. It compact bench type table with platform fitted with rubber discs mounted on ball bearing crack shaft to give an orbital motion to the flasks, within a diameter of approximately 2". The motor is coupled by means of a V-belt with pitch pulley, and is mounted on a heavy and sturdy angle iron frame. Speed is controlled by mechanical speed controller. To work in 220/230 volts A.C. Based on the rotating disc-splash plate principal. It produce only particles of micron size which become part of the atmosphere, thereby reaching every corner of the room, resulting in uniform humidity. Due to the upward thrust imparted to the micron sized water droplets by high speed motorised units, they remain suspended in the atmosphere for longer duration of time. The unit is capable of atomizing upto 3 litres water in an hour at full evaporation in the driest possible ambient conditions. The unit has body made of S.S. Fabricated out of thick wooden board these are designed so as to thro-out al toxic/harmful vapours, thus protecting costly instruments and the person working in the lab. Outer is finished with sunmica and inner epoxy painted. Working table top is fitted with acid/alkali resistant tiles and a small wash basin with connections provided for inlet the outlet of water. The unit is rfitted with flourescent light and a gas cock for gas/air Supply.The space under the work station can be provided with storage compartments for storage purpose at an extra cost (See Optional accessories) . Mounted on a study angle iron frame the inner chamber is made of thick S.S. and outer of mild steel duly enamel painted. The gap between the inner and outer wall is filled with high grade glass wool is order to prevent any loss of temperature. Fitted with ISI maked compressor for effective cooling. Heating is brought about by immersion type heating elements. Temperature range from 5*C to 9*C is controlled by digital temp. Indicator-cum-controller with an accuracy of _+0.5 C. A high speed Stirrer id fitted is fitted to maintain temperature uniformity. The lid of bath is insulated double walled fixed with hinges and is provided with locking arrangements.

Horizontal chest type models are supplied in a single compartment whereas vertical models are supplied with three stainless steel storing shelves.
